They came right away to review the work to be done and came back when they said they would ...two weeks later. The results were done and done right and safely. This was no easy matter. It involved a large stone chimney with cracks and missing stones. I also needed two caps installed one with a damper, which I supplied. They also volunteered to clean a flue for no charge and clean off some skylights...! They properly protected my windows and shingles from sealer overspray....important. Dave, the mason, was nothing short of unbelievable...work ethic, professionalism, and attitude...he wanted to do the same caliber of work as if it were his own.
I feel I got the job done as hoped at the price agreed. No time estimate is perfect. I understood it would take three or four days. They were done in a day and a half. At first I thought they owed me something more as it was done in half the time. Now I'm glad it's complete, done very well....and glad it didn't take longer. Had it been longer they would have honored the price agreed. This time they 'lucked out' and so did I.

Dennis and his team at Anchor Chimney Sweeps are true professionals. I have an old house built in 1900 and the brick and stone foundation needed major repairs. Dennis called me back In a timely manner, came out the next day to quote the job and proceeded to fix the foundation repairs a few days later. The work was outstanding and I couldn’t thank them enough. Old house foundation work is laborious and tedious. Dennis and his team are friendly, professional and above all experienced to get this kind of specialty work completed the right way. I highly recommend them and will call Dennis and his team again for masonry work in the future. Thanks Anchor Chimney Sweeps!

After submitting a request to Home Advisor seeking chiminey repair, I was inundated with calls from numerous contractors. They each arrived with impressive new work trucks that likely never hauled a single brick. Each company sent two well-dressed representatives to take photos and measurements--yet neither had the competence to draft an estimate on-site.The exception: ANCHOR CHIMNEY. Dennis (the owner) arrived in person and had a reasonable quote available on the spot. He sent a crew out the next day to begin the work. To my amazement, the crew changed in accordance with each process of the project: staging, demolition, repair, and clean up. That is, the licensed mason was only on-site long enough to lay brick--and that savings was passed on to me.If you intend to pay for nice clothes and impressive trucks, you have plenty of options. But, if you're looking for quality workmanship at an affordable price, I recommend ANCHOR CHIMINEY.

Having reached retirement age, I can no longer complete major home repairs as I once could, despite my experience. Hence, I must rely on others.I put the word out that I needed my chiminey repaired. Several friends recommended Anchor Chiminey Sweep. I gave them a call and understood why they were recommended.Anchor provided an estimate that broke down both labor and material costs, and they provided an estimated time of completion. I checked the material cost with several brick & mortar suppliers, the prices were well below retail.I watched his crew complete the job as I reminised of my years in construction. They worked as if they owned the property. They took their time and kept my yard clean throughout the project. They project was completed a half day earlier than expected.Like my friends, I highly recommend Anchor Chiminey Sweep.

Dealing with Dennis from the estimate through the completed job was a breeze. He was extremely prompt getting back to me from the initial inquiry that I had submitted. We agreed on a meeting day ,he looked at job,gave me estimate,then we agreed on start date. I would not hesitate to use him again
