- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have several clients that want us to walk their dogs on a weekly basis. We also have clients that need in-home care for their pets while they are away for days at a time. When we see pets in their own homes, we also take care of the house while the client is away. We will bring in their mail and newspapers, take out their trash, make sure there are no problems at the house such as fires, leaks, storm damage, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider if you can contact some of his/her other customers for referrals. Also, you should ask the provider if he/she is insured. Additionally, make sure you understand exactly what the provider will be doing for you and how much you will be charged for such services. It is a good idea to have the provider come to your home to meet you and your pet(s) prior to the start of services too.
