It was very comfortable working with him. He made me feel at ease and if you shoot often you know that’s important. He also let me choose the direction in which is edited which I always appreciate in a photographer. He got pictures to me very quickly as well. I would 100% recommend him for any concept or photo shoot you have planned.

As someone who is pretty awkward in front of the camera, I most enjoyed shooting with Silas because he was equal parts kind, creative, and communicative. I had only a faint idea of how I wanted to be captured: natural -- almost candid -- yet confident. Our conversation helped him understand more about what I envisioned and allowed me to trust our ability to collaborate. I didn't realize that he had been quietly figuring out frames during our chat until he began to take my photos. I also appreciated his decisiveness and willingness to share what did and did not work. I'm looking forward to working with him again.
