We hired Ben to finish our basement in preparation for selling our house. We encountered massive problems with the Boston Inspectional Service that delayed approval of the permit for nearly 6 months. We had to stop the project and restart it this fall. Ben returned and completed the project in a timely manner. Our 1,800 sq ft basement looks amazing. The quality of the finish work is excellent.

Flex Properties helped us get our old home back in shape and ready for us to move in! They redid our bathroom, put new flooring in the kitchen and 2nd floor, and fixed an unexpected leak in the roof of our addition. It’s an old house and a lot of unexpected things came up, but their team handled it all great! Hoping to put up better photos once we’ve settled in and unpacked. Thanks again!

Flex Properties created a new 1st floor 3/4 bath. Ben was always responsive to our concerns during this 5-week process and clarified to our satisfaction any issues that came up. The people who work with Ben were always polite and respectful to the fact that we were living here during this period. Ben made regular inspections of the project as it was progressing and addressed any concerns as they developed.
