Introduction: Dance Dimensions is a dance and fitness studio that is offering private instruction, group classes, and personal training in a variety of styles of dance and fitness. Along with the usual class offerings, we will customize a class, or prepare a couple for their wedding day. All ages (3 years old to adults) and all levels are welcomed. We are a studio where both children and adults receive high-quality education and personalized attention and guidance. Our teachers create a positive experience for every student. Children and adults find the joy of physical expression in dance and accomplishment of a healthier lifestyle through physical fitness.

My fiancé and I worked with Sallee to prepare for the first dance at our wedding. Sallee has been exceptional through the whole process; she came up with a beautiful choreography for our song, and was super patient, professional and kind during our sessions. My fiancé and I were a little apprehensive going into this as true beginners, but the whole experience was personalized and fun, and we learned a beautiful dance. We feel so much more confident about our wedding dance after working with Sallee. Would definitely recommend!

Sallee is a wonderful teacher, very patient and encouraging. Both of our children took wedding preparation lessons from her, not only did they look great on the dance floor, they really enjoyed their lessons. My husband and I took a couple of refresher lessons with Sallee and can vouch for her personally. I Would highly recommend Dance Dimensions.

A wonderful whole-body workout. Sallee is knowledgeable about the value of exercise; she is supportive and encourages people to work out at their own pace. I am so appreciative of the Stretch and Tone class!
