This was an excellent experience. Polad LLC answered my request quickly with an initial quote for diagnosing the problems. The appointment was within 24 hours. He was very thorough showed me the problem and a potential for the same problem on the other side. He recommended replacement of the roller mechanism on both sides. I felt the quote was reasonable. He ordered the parts and contacted me within 48 hours for the repair. This is remarkably good service. He was polite, professional, thorough and punctual. I would definitely recommend this young man for repairs in the future.
