- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 30-Day warrantee on all work performed. My pricing is intended to be fair and reasonable and consistent with the current market rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the complete project and offer suggestions for options or cost savings before beginning a project. I ask many questions to provide a clear and complete picture of the project scope. Then, when I give a price it is always fair and accurate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have participated in many on the job training seminars covering all aspects of maintenance and repair projects. Also OSHA safety training.
