We needed to install an electric water heater, transitioning from a gas unit, and Russ was the perfect person for the job. He’s extremely knowledgeable about different heaters and worked seamlessly with the model we selected. After getting a few quotes, it was clear that Russ is a man of action. Our old gas heater was in a closet, but the electric one needed to be installed in an open space. Russ found a great solution and the perfect location for the new installation. He was also very responsive when I first reached out for a quote and, after visiting, provided a very reasonable price. Russ arrived on time and completed the job with outstanding professionalism. We also needed an electrician, and Russ not only provided a quote for that but also worked seamlessly with the electrician we chose to hire. Now, our new electric water heater is working flawlessly! Russ’s pricing was more than fair, and his workmanship was top-notch—neat, efficient, and precise. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Russ and will definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you so much, Russ!
