My coaching goes far beyond just workouts.

So I honestly dont know where to start with this amazing review. Tyler is everything that anybody needs in a coach. He is dedicated. He listens. He actually responds back. He cares about your psychological well-being just as well as what youre putting in your mouth. He understands that the success of every diet stands behind mental clarity, commitment through that clarity, devotion to yourself into your body, and then discipline, good eating, and training. He really hones in on assisting you with your journey in terms of your strength, exercises, what you put in your mouth, and also how youre doing emotionally. Everything matters to him and he really makes the program Taylor to you. Worth the price.The only bad thing I will mention is that hes too far away to train me in person. Maybe one day!Hes a wonderful man and you will not regret your experience. The first person that paid attention to my well-being in 15+ years of coaching. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anybody no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Tyler at No Limits surpassed my expectations in working with a trainer by a long shot. He met me where I was - father of 2 young kids and no self care in sight - and helped me slowly climb my way out of the immobility rut I was in and get me moving and taking better care of myself. Within the first month I felt better, and by the second I was starting to genuinely care about my well being - I actually WANTED to be healthier and CRAVED healthy foods and water and sleep, compared to caffeine and neglect. I want to talk about the best decision I made for myself this year. I was in a bad place physically and I blamed it on my erratic job that does not allow me to have a routine. My body composition was terrible, which in itself affected my mentality. Lets face it, I felt ashamed, especially when it was time to hit the beach.When I first met Tyler, it was at a friends bachelor party. It was only a few months ago. Through general observation I was impressed by how he was enjoying a week of fun without the consequences. Naturally, I had to ask, whats your secret to enjoying life and keeping in great shape?Tyler said a few things to me that left me stunned. He said, if I had to guess a few things about you, it's that you work a lot, you have a high stress job, you skip meals, and youre cant shake the weight off even though you work out. You eat less food thinking it will get you in a deficit but its not working. He was right, but Tyler is no psychic, hes a fitness expert.Throughout my interactions with Tyler that week, he gave me solid advice on how to better myself. He never brought up his program until I asked him about it. Hes not a sales man, thats not his expertise, but he excels at coaching.When I returned from the trip, I decided to give Tylers program a shot. It was clear to me when all my previous efforts did not pay off, that I did not have the time or the understanding of my bodys needs in terms of nutrition and what workouts are the right ones for me.This is where Tyler shines. Tyler is extremely meticulous in planning my macros and my workouts. Almost like hes creating a sculpture.Compared to when I first started the program, I feel that a lot has changed. First off, being consistent in showing up to the gym and being disciplined with my nutrition transferred over to other areas in my life. I am also way more confident now in my body, a big subconscious stress factor has been lifted, its a wonderful feeling.I am able to see the progress in my pictures and in the mirror, and I feel it mentally and physically. I am so much happier now. Nothing hits better than compliments. Whether from people who knew me before my body composition changed, or from new acquaintances who validate the hard work.If you are someone who is considering coaching. I will say this. The only thing that Tyler cant help you with, is showing up. Consistency is the only thing that you will need to do in order to succeed in his program. Show up for yourself in the gym and in the kitchen, and you will be golden.Some of the things that I thought would be an issue with coaching included the following. I live a few states away from the coach, I am always traveling for work, I love good food.All of those worries were dispelled with Tylers help. Tyler is always there for me with any questions that I need answers to. Hes there to help. Use his knowledge to your advantage. Down the line, you will pick up that knowledge for yourself through repetition. Living a fit lifestyle will go from being a chore, to something that you will enjoy because of how easy and streamlined the process will become for you.
