Introduction: Voted "Best of Boston" by Boston Magazine Focused On Fitness works with many of the communities surrounding it. We have relationships and or have taught for the Natick School systems faculty and student body. Have taught for the Wellesley recreation department. Have taught for Weston recreation department. We have been in the community for 20 years donating our time and services to many community run programs. I enjoy being able to help people improve their lives. I spent almost 20 years in the restaurant business and though I love food and serving people there is nothing more satisfying than saving or improving a life. We do this daily at FOF.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My staff and I all have 10-26 yrs of experience working with very diverse clientele. We physical therapists, massage therapists, athletic trainers, personal trainers, fitness class instructors and even MD's to help you get to your goal(s). All of our staff is certified in many different modalities and we each believe in and teach with a holistic approach to help you get to and maintain your best health.
