Nunis construction is a breeze to collaborate with.

Existing footings of my deck were in a bad shape and needed replacement.
I hired Fatima for installing new footings and staining the deck.
The quote was reasonable but I didn’t have enough money to pay them right away.
Fatima told me that I can do it in 3 installments, one on the day the job started, one after the job is done and the last one after 3 weeks. All this without any paperwork. Who does this anymore?!

Fatima is quick, clear, effective, expert, open, and dependable.
Putting faith in someone that she barely knew and accepting installment payments says a lot about her work ethic.

Leandro, Helio and Joel are very efficient, on time, worked non stop and did a fantastic job.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat and I would recommend Nunis to anyone who is looking for deck services.

OMG! We love our new front porch! Fatima and Leandro are not only lovely people, they are capable of handling any home project you can imagine, and they will give you quality work that is fairly priced! We have another big deck job to do down the road and I have already decided that Nunis Construction is the only contractor I trust to do the job!
They are true craftsmen in this trade!
Do not hesitate to contact them for all the home improvement jobs on your wish list. They won’t disappoint and you will be recommending them to all your neighbors, friends and family!

Fatima is wonderful to work with. I will say this job wasn’t without its hiccups, but Fatima had her crew re-do some initial mistakes they made until we were all satisfied with the job. She owned the errors and made it right. She is reliable and the end product came out exactly as we envisioned. We would not hesitate to hire her again for another job. Thank you Fatima!

I recently hired Nunis construction for a project, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their work was exceptional—thorough, detailed, and executed with evident passion. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their dedication to the project was truly remarkable. On top of their excellent work, their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking high-quality construction services. In addition they are a one stop shop company. I had my house completely renovated with vinyl siding, full landscaping, and a custom walkway and fence installed.! Their company is equipped with tradesmen that are skilled in multiple areas. I was even able to get my electrical work done. Best part is that they did this whole project in less thank the timeframe I needed it done by. I had a 2 week window for a party and they got it done despite my additions to the job.
