They responded quickly and came out the following morning for a diagnostic visit. I appreciated their honesty: the tech explained with how much the repair would cost between parts and labor, it would make more sense to get a new machine, even though a new machine would not financially benefit this company at all compared to a repair job. I also got an automated confirmation about the visit.

They came within hours of me calling for service. The service technician was excellent. He quickly and efficiently found the problem replacing three bad bearings and rollers. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Sam was great. Did a thorough inspection, explained the problem very clearly and advised me on how to get the big repair covered under the warranty to save expense.
