This company was great. Quick to respond. They called us to schedule and told us about their safety protocols at that time. The guys arrived and upheld what we were told on the phone - they wore masks and gloves. We felt they were very respectful of these protocols. It didn't take them long to assess that we were better off getting a new washing machine than having them fix it, which is about what we expected. We would call them again.
