FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, flat‑fee pricing for early advisory and design services. For initial consultations, zoning reviews, and feasibility studies, we use a simple service agreement written in plain language. If a project moves into full architectural services, we transition to a standard agreement that depends on the project's size and complexity. Typical fees include: • Zoning / ADU feasibility studies starting at: $350–$550 • Advisory consultations starting at: $150 • Concept design and visualization services starting at: $750 • Architectural schematic design & Design Development starting at: $1500 • Construction Document and permit set starting at: $ 3500 • We offer architectural service only. Engineering and specialty consultant services, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy compliance, and survey drawings are not included in our service. Payment Terms 1- To start the project, a 35% deposit of the fee is required, with the remaining balance due once the design phase is completed. 2- Billing will be based on the percentage of work completed at each project milestone. Final design deliverables will be shared once full payment is received. 3- Final pricing is confirmed based on project scope, size, complexity and location. If a project moves into full architectural services, a separate proposal is provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We adjust the process to fit each project’s needs and goals.
