Communication was good while discussing the project through thumbtack. We agreed on a date and time for them to view the site of the project at my home. They didn’t show up. They didn’t communicate. Just no showed. When I reached out via thumbtack they said they were running late. Two hours later, nothing and no communication. I cancelled. After working from home and arranging my schedule around our agreed upon time, I realized that if they cannot hit a simple appointment, why would I trust them with anything more? I hope others have a better experience.
UPDATE: the owner reached out to personally apologize and provided adequate justification for missing the appointment. I've adjusted my rating to 4 stars based on the outreach and communication although I've gone with another service provider for my project.

Had a great experience with Absolute. Artem came and gave me an estimate very quickly after initially speaking with him. He seemed excited to take on the project and provided a detailed quote within a few days. I had some questions about some of the items on the quote and he adjusted or removed them without hesitation.
The project was to gut and renovate a smaller sized, full bathroom. Artem came over the course of a few days and completed the job along with a crew of workers. Each night they moved all of their tools/supplies out of the way when they left. They were polite and professional at all times.
We were very pleased with the results. Attaching a few photos of the results, and one of the previous bathroom for comparison.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or hire again in the future for another job.

Its been a very pleasant experience working with Artem. We completely gut renovated 2 of the 3 floors & redone plumbing, electrical, hvac & insulation on a 3500 sq ft house.
He tried his best to wrap up the project on time & budget. We had a 3 week delay for various other reasons & a bit over budget due to lumber & unexpected sewer line costs, but he is always available to talk & plan the work. His crew are very professional & work long hours at time to meet the timeline.
Highly recommend for any house remodeling or building from ground up.

We hired Artem Fandin and his Absolute Improvement team to remodel our Master Bathroom and they did a very good job, staying within budget, communicating well and close to finishing on time. The delay in the project wasn't because of Absolute but our countertop supplier (Gerrity Stone) who delayed us three weeks because of his heavy schedule. I must mention that Gerrity Stone did an excellent job on the counter top and gave us a discount because of the delay.
The Absolute team was very respectful in our home and worked continuously to get the project done correctly.
The project included ripping out the existing shower, vanities, sinks, countertops, glass mirrors, exhaust fan and ceramic tile floor. As the work was being completed they took away all of the old material for disposal.
For this project we purchased the new Vanities, Sinks, Mirrors, Lights, Shower and Floor Tile, Faucets, Shower Fixtures, Exhaust Fan and Countertops. Absolute rebuilt and installed the new materials and I think their shower and floor tile work was terrific.
The Absolute team purchased the construction materials for the shower reconstruction and billed us at cost for those materials.
We are very happy with our new Master Bathroom and recommend Absolute Improvement for your project. I've added a few photos of the results and mention that I'm still negotiating with my wife on the size of the mirror to be installed over her vanity (See blank wall).

I was extremely pleased with my experience. Artem came in the morning to check out the project and it was finished that day. Aside from replacing my bathroom vanity, he also patched a hole in the wall and offered to paint and hang up my bathroom mirror. I will definitely be calling him back in the future.
