I highly recommend Paul as a dance instructor. My son and I learned all of the basics during just one session. Paul has a very simple and succinct way of explaining basic ballroom moves that made our lesson very worthwhile.

My wife and I were beginner dancers, and Paul Hughes taught us dancing basics and put together a beautiful choreographed routine in only 3 lessons. He made it very fun and informative at the same time. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is preparing for their big day, finding a fun date night activity, or just trying to stay active.

Paul was one of the highlights of our wedding planning process. We truly looked forward to seeing him each week to practice our wedding dance. He helped us choose a song, create a routine, nail the lifts, and practice again and again. I am a horrible dancer and he actually made me look GOOD. We can’t say enough amazing things about Paul. He is patient, kind, and just a wonderful person. You’re missing out if you don’t use him. We have video footage of the big dance to prove it :). It was a hit and our friends and family were so impressed by our moves, all thanks to Paul!

Instructor is absolutely incredible! I went in with zero dance skills and my soon to be husband went in with even fewer. Now, we are confident and genuinely look forward to our first dance! The instructor is engaging, making class easy and fun. It gives me and my fiancé time to connect within the hustle and stress of wedding planning. We could not be happier! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend 4 times a year dance workshops at the Dance Teachers Club of Boston and several Coaching Master Classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started ballroom dancing lessons when I was a pre-teen. I have competed in ballroom dance competitions and done dance performances at senior centers and nursing homes to uplift the spirits of the residents.
