Working with Duffy Development was Phenomenal from the initially consultation all the way up until the completion of the Project. Ian and his Team of employees / subcontractors recently finished a major renovation to my home in Newton. He provided a new open floor plan on the first floor of home which now leads to my beautifully remodeled kitchen. He also remodeled two of my bathrooms on the first and second floor of my home from a very dated look (the 90s) to an updated modern feel. I couldn’t be happier with his work and craftsmanship I will definitely be calling him for future projects.

Mr. Duffy and company resided and painted a large portion of our old house. They were helpful with decisions about details, very patient in working them out. They did the work efficiently, on schedule, and stuck to the estimate. Any questions I had were quickly resolved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a licensed general contractor for 6 years prior to starting my own Company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a third generation builder, I grew up accompanying my grandfather, father and my uncle while visiting their various job sites. From that grew a passion for building and working with my hands. I have always had a passion for construction so to me starting my own company felt like a natural career path.
