FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and competitive for the level of service we provide. All jobs are quoted up front, and there are no hidden fees. Because we’re focused on building long-term relationships, we occasionally offer seasonal promotions or discounts. Every project is handled by insured, bonded, background-checked Tru-Pro Technicians so you know exactly what you’re paying for: reliable, professional work you can trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick conversation to understand the project and schedule a convenient time. A Tru-Pro Technician arrives on time, in uniform, and reviews the work with you before getting started. We provide clear, up-front pricing so there are no surprises. After the job is completed, we make sure everything is done to your satisfaction and your home is left clean and tidy. Our goal is to make the process simple, professional, and worry-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Tru-Pro Technician is carefully vetted, background-checked, and fully insured. Our team members bring years of hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general home repairs. In addition, we provide training specific to home safety modifications for seniors—such as grab bars, railings, and accessibility upgrades—so you can trust the work is done properly and safely.
