Justin replaced our 2 in cast iron drain that runs from the kitchen to the main stack in the basement in acouple of hours.This is the third time he has been to our house,and I find him very easy to talk to and he is very knowledgeable about plumbing.I would highly recommend him and his company zplumbers.

Updates: The owner, Leo, reached out and earnestly wanted to collect feedback and help in resolving the issue. It was an unusual plumbing issue, and the technicians tried their best. I appreciated him listening to the customers and his willingness to make things right. I would definitely recommend Z PLUMBERZ! ===================================== Original review: They were very responsive and quick to schedule an appointment. We had a small plastic piece of the bidet accidentally flushed down the toilet and stuck inside. Jay came by the day of, and he was very courteous and professional. He unclogged the toilet but was not able to retrieve the piece. He told us to keep an eye on it, and if it happens again, we will need to replace the entire toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet stopped working the day after, and we had to ask for a callback. Another technician Michael stopped by with the same tool, and still was not able to fix it. Both Jay and Michael used the exact same one tool, and when we asked about using other strategies Michael was quite dismissive. We were not able to solve the issue in the end despite being charged a flat rate.

I was very impressed with them. Ti had hired them to fix an exterior valve for my sprinkler system that was leaking. The technician arrived on time, inspected the situation, shut off the valve and suggested I hold off until Spring for my repair. He could have easily taken on the job to fix it, but gave me the right advice instead. I also thought I needed a shut off valve for my laundry machine. He checked it out and said it was installed correctly. There was no charge for this service. This type of experience creates trust and long term relationships. Thanks ZPlumber.

Larry and team were very prompt and helpful in explaining what the root cause of the leakage in my kitchen sink was and effectively fixing it.
