2026 Typical Starting Fees: The pricing below reflects typical starting fees for common project types. Final fees vary based on project scope, complexity, and consultant requirements. Residential: Residential Renovations & Additions — Starting at $3,500 Attached ADUs (within existing building envelope) — Starting at $2,500* Detached ADUs — Starting at $3,500* New Homes (3,000 SF+) — Starting at $8,000 Commercial: Certificate of Occupancy (Stamped Architectural Plans) — Starting at $1,500 Commercial Interior Renovations / Tenant Fit-Outs — Starting at $4,500 * Not Included: Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Septic System Design, MEP/FP Engineering, or Structural Engineering. ** Please note that we do not provide structural inspections or stamp drawings prepared by others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, budget, and constraints, followed by a site visit if required. We then move through project phases appropriate to the scope, typically including schematic design and construction documentation, while coordinating closely with the client and consultants through permitting and construction.
