I cannot say enough about Studio NDP, specifically James. We are coming up on a liquor license deadline, lots of $$$ at stake. The pricing below reflects typical starting fees for common project types. Final fees vary based on project scope, complexity, and consultant requirements.
Residential:
Residential Renovations & Additions — Starting at $3,500
Attached ADUs (within existing building envelope) — Starting at $2,500*
Detached ADUs — Starting at $3,500*
New Homes (3,000 SF+) — Starting at $8,000
Commercial:
Certificate of Occupancy (Stamped Architectural Plans) — Starting at $1,500
Commercial Interior Renovations / Tenant Fit-Outs — Starting at $4,500
* Not Included: Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Septic System Design, MEP/FP Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
