Introduction: I’m a (deep breath), trainer, nutritionist, chef, CBT practitioner and licensed EMT in Boston. I work with an extremely broad range of clients from professional athletes, to first responders, to chefs and expecting Moms, to my own Mom. My ideal clients are 10/10 committed to the process, meaning you are “all in”. Loving food and restaurants is an added bonus. My programs are designed to deliver results regardless of your age or skill level. Keep in mind, this is not a one-sided relationship! If you want the best results possible then we will need to: Show up This means we do NOT need to be the best OR perfect but for this to work, we need to be and stay engaged! Have Accountability Be careful what you wish for. In coaching, we create approachable timelines, strategies, and tools and get sh*t done! Gain Efficiency My programs are designed pragmatically. While we can spend hours in the gym or kitchen, I imagine, this is is not what you or I hope for. Have Fun If we hate it, we won’t do it. This is a team effort. While I’m pretty good at making training fun, you’re not hurting my feelings IN THE SLIGHTEST if I’ve missed the mark. Open communication is a must- let's make this werk! Own our “Why” If it’s to ‘get abs’ or ‘fit into a dress’, I believe you however this physical goal will fluctuate, waver, and we will not sustainably succeed. It’s important to know what grounds us and what pushes us. To me, fitness and food is a way to honor and celebrate the life we’ve been given. It’s humbling and teaches us lessons. It doesn’t have to be physical all the time. Invest time in self compassion and investigate your “why”!

Last year I signed up for Coach Kelly's online video weight-based training and exercise program which also included nutritional education. She was extremely competent and enthusiastic and as a result, one year later, I continue to do her recommended weekly exercise program which she generously shared with us after we were no longer paid clients. It is a realistic program that she encouraged people to individualize according to their own level. Kelly encouraged everyone to make their own realistic goals and gave us all feedback on the goals and our progress throughout the program. She had a different 7-day exercise program for each of the three months and this helped to never let it get boring or too routine. I am in the best shape that I have ever been in because of this program and I lost my pandemic pounds easily! I highly recommend her if you are considering a trainer/exercise coach who is also well versed in the important nutritional aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

After my first session training with Kelly, I knew right away I was in great hands. Now I’m 8 sessions in and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a NASM certified trainer myself, so when looking for a trainer I always look for someone who is extremely knowledgeable, can push me further and someone who truly understands the mind and body connection. Kelly checks all the boxes. She understands that every individual is different and isn’t afraid to adapt. Then she occasionally sprinkles in her knowledge on nutrition which is an extra bonus. She clearly loves what she does. Trust that you are in great hands.

Coach Kelly IS AMAZING. I worked with Kelly in 2017 (2 young kids, my mom was critically ill) when I was at my heaviest. She helped me snap out of my rut and I lost a ton of weight, built muscle, and found a new love of kettlebells! I learned so much from her and we have connected many times over the years. Kelly is an absolute pleasure to work with. She listens really well, she empathizes, and she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. I am a trainer myself and have sent certain clients to her who were beyond my skill level to help. I could not say enough good things about her- if you’re on the fence, trust me, make the leap, you won’t regret it!

Kelly was great! Personable, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable about fitness. I was postpartum and had specific goals but limits to workouts with my core. Kelly pushed me so that I was actually doing the work without injuring myself. Loved the creativity in the workouts and how attentive she was to my form. Highly recommend her!
