- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Parts are billed separately at the time of service and a deposit may be required for special order parts. Routine maintenance pricing varies based on the service needed — **************************************** and we'll give you an honest estimate before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll discuss your hot tub issue and gather some basic information about your make, model, location & accessibility and symptoms. We'll give you an honest assessment over the phone and let you know if the issue can be resolved remotely or if an on-site visit is needed. If needed we schedule a convenient time to come out and diagnose the issue in person. After diagnosing the problem we give you a clear upfront quote before any work begins. No surprises. If parts are needed we order the correct components for your specific make and model. A deposit will be required to order Major parts. Once parts arrive we schedule a follow up visit to complete the repair. Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, and PayPal.
