Very unreliable experience. We contacted this mover the day before for a move that needed to be completed the following day. He confirmed that he could help and told us he could arrive at 12:00 PM.

On the day of the move, he did not show up and did not contact us to let us know there was a problem. We had to reach out for an update and then call him ourselves. During the call, he told us that he thought the move was for Saturday or Sunday and that he could not complete it that day.

This was especially frustrating because the date and timing had been discussed in writing the day before. A simple message letting us know he could no longer make it would have at least given us time to make other arrangements. Instead, we received no notice at all and were left without the mover we had been expecting.
