What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will of course depend on several factors. What is the schedule of completion for the project Do I need to rent gear Do I need to hire extra help for the job along with time and location of the job will factor into pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening. What do they have in mind? What is the product, space, business, or event they wish to showcase? I'll have a few of my own ideas but will always incorporate what the client had in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the New York Film Academy and came out with eight personal narrative films along with the knowledge of filmmaking that is a continuous education. I've spent the last eight years honing my skills with Adobe Production Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom)
