Hello, I contacted you to come work for me to fix a snow-related problem. The issue was not properly resolved, and the work done was the easiest option, not what we discussed. You requested a payment of $150 via Zelle. I sent the payment and later provided you with all the receipts and proof of payment. After that, you said you did not receive the money and asked me to send it again using another app. When I asked you for a receipt, you told me it was a scam. You also called me on the phone and made threatening statements, saying I was playing with your life. This behavior is unacceptable.

This handyman was able to replace a doorknob and move a radiator to be reattached to the pipe on the floor. However he was also going to assemble a kitchen cabinet on wheels for me and offered to take it to his place so he could work on it. However a week and a half later he returned with it still in its box and left it on my front steps.
