Victor is great. He responded every question in a few minutes. He did a great job glazing the wall tiles. There was a few tiny pop-ups in a small area, Victor decided to stripped the whole wall and redo it, and the second time product was perfect. Victor holds himself responsible for his work and he is committed to customer satisfaction.
