What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work alongside my staff on the initial cleaning to set the standards. I also take this opportunity to meet the customer and do a walk through of their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do research on products and take on line courses in regards to the care of products such as marble, granite, etc.

My pricing system is not complicated. I quote based on the square footage of the home. I can usually quote over the phone unless someone feels I need to come to their home first. I find people moving in/out will often times ask me to come and see the house before quoting. Or they may accept my phone quote and advise if I get there and find it requires more time to let them know.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to babysit when I was 12 and I would do more than watch the children. I would do the dishes and the laundry. The praise I got when the mothers and fathers arrived home made my day. Plus the extra money the gave me - lol
