Through Tetra I recently had a Ductless mini split system installed in my home. They made the process as quick and easy as possible. They put me in the queue for a Homeworks Energy assessment much quicker than I could have done on my own. After qualifying for the full 10K rebate thru Mass Save and National Grid getting the heat loan was simple and quick. The installation crew from MP Pro showed up right on time. These guys were excellent! They put in a long day and were able to complete the entire job. Installation of six DMS room units and a large Heat Pump condenser outside. Everything went smoothly. They did a terrific job and cleaned up all work areas very well. A quick how to operate the room units was given as the initial test run was underway. I am very pleased with the work and definitely can highly recommend Tetra to handle this job for anyone.

I recently had Tetra install a ductless heat pump in my home, I couldn"t happier. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Ms Reba, Ms Bambi explained everything clearlyand made sure I was comfortable. The installation completed on time and left everything clean and tidy. Overall they did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family

Tetra literally saved my family and I!In late November and away for the chilly weekend, we came home and cranked up the heat. The heat came, however, our carbon monoxide detectors went off as well.Per the fire department, we had to evacuate and could not go home and turn on the heat until the issue was addressed and fixed.Turns out we had a crack in the upper furnace and carbon monoxide coming through. For weeks, we could not get anyone to come right away and/or offer a possible solution.Finally, reached out to Tetra, Derrick White, he got the ball rolling for us. Derrick was very polite and very professional, he explained everything in detail, best scenario(s)/options for us and our home. Derrick was able to get a crew out to us within 1-2 weeks and they were able to take out our old system and install a new one in one day! We got heat that night!! Anyway, weve been enjoying the freezing cold AC all summer with our new Bryant system and looking forward to the heat this winter! Again, just wanted to thank Derrick White and Tetra for taking great care of us!
