I have never use UP closets so I was throwing the dice on using them but the service lever from Radika was beyond 5 stars. She listened to my thoughts, offered advice and produced an amazing layout. Once the vision became a reality I was blown away! I never write reviews but this time it is well worth it.

We were in our new condo less than one week when I knew that I needed to do something about the closets in the master bedroom. There are 3 closets, 2 walk-ins at 5x5 each and one reach-in at approximately 7. The ceilings are 9 high so there was way too much wasted space and all 3 closets consisted of only a wire shelf and rod. After getting estimates from a few closet companies I was most impressed with Up Closets of MetroWest. From the start Radikha was transparent with process, timeframe and price - no gimmicks. Her software allowed her to create a plan before my eyes and we were able to tweak it until it met my exact needs. There was no high pressure, no offers of discounts for booking on the spot, just good, honest business. Radikha was delightful to work with from the start but in addition to working with me during the planning stage, she was at todays installation until the job was complete. Her two installers were very pleasant and efficient. Everything was cleaned up and I was left with more storage space than I dreamed possible. And the best part is that the entire project came in slightly under all the deals I had been offered. I highly recommend Up Closets if MetroWest!
