I've hired Sullivan Co for a few small repairs and two larger renovations in a condo in an old building, over a period of years. They have consistently done excellent work on both small and large projects. I especially appreciate that they've been on time and on budget, and that they were willing to do small repair jobs years after I'd initially hired them for a bigger job. That's a reason I hired them again for another bigger renovation later. Got the same great service. They came up with an approach to the second renovation that I hadn't thought of and it worked out great, saving time and cost. I'd hire them again without hesitation. Quality work, good communication, highly responsive.
