I've hired Sullivan Co for a few small repairs and two larger renovations in a condo in an old building, over a period of years. They have consistently done excellent work on both small and large projects. I especially appreciate that they've been on time and on budget, and that they were willing to do small repair jobs years after I'd initially hired them for a bigger job. That's a reason I hired them again for another bigger renovation later. Got the same great service. They came up with an approach to the second renovation that I hadn't thought of and it worked out great, saving time and cost. I'd hire them again without hesitation. Quality work, good communication, highly responsive.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both contract pricing, cost plus pricing and hourly work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects we make a site visit and follow up with a written estimate or if possible we have the client submit photograpghs and when possible we send an estimate out right away based on those.
For large projects we have an initial on site visit followed by a budget proposal. Upon acceptance of the budget we continue with value engineering for a contract price if the job is under 500k. Jobs over 500k are handled on a cost plus basis only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our president studdied accounting at Bentley College before entering the trades. Our vice president studied business at the University of Vermont. Our treasurer and head of sales has a business degree form the UNiversity of New Hampshire.
