Introduction

I help busy professionals, typically in their mid 30s to mid 50s, deal with their neck and back pain so they seamlessly can go about their day to day. I work with people of various capabilities, and with special needs. I accommodate each client with a personalized experience so they achieve their objective. I've been a trainer now over the last near 10 years. I draw from my course work in applied biomechanics and gross human anatomy, in addition to my experiences as an active gymnast and weightlifter, to make each client better than they were yesterday.
