- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, preparation level, materials, and project complexity, with transparent, itemized estimates and no hidden fees. We focus on delivering long-term value through skilled craftsmanship, premium materials, trained professionals, and proper preparation rather than competing on the lowest price. While we may not be the least expensive option, our clients choose us for durable results, quality workmanship, and peace of mind, supported by a clear warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation, either in person or virtual, where we evaluate the home and understand the customer’s goals, scope of work, finishes, timeline, and expectations. After the consultation, we provide a detailed written estimate with full price transparency, including scope, preparation, materials, labor, schedule, and warranty. Once approved, we carefully schedule and execute the project, protecting the property, maintaining a clean job site, and communicating clearly throughout the process. Each project is completed with a final walkthrough to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) and maintain required safety and compliance certifications, including OSHA 30-hour training and EPA Lead-Safe (HEPA) certification. We also participate in ongoing manufacturer training programs to stay current with industry technologies and best practices. Our company is affiliated with the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), holds an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, and is a member of local Chambers of Commerce.
