I cannot say enough GREAT things about the crew at Phoenix Moving. I hired Phoenix to help me unload my UHaul truck and bring the items up to my third floor apartment. When I received the quote (2.5 hrs), I thought there was no chance this unload work could be done in this time, it took me 3 days to load! Artur and Alex arrived on 6/1 at 8AM, exactly as quoted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, polite and kind. When they arrived I was (badly) trying to back my UHaul up to the building; they instantly jumped out and guided me into the space, helping to block traffic and also avoid hitting a tree right next to the building. They reviewed the paperwork with me and then instantly got to work. At first, I was trying to help grab little odds and ends out of the truck... however I was just in the way, these guys were QUICK! They were literally RUNNING up and down the stairs in 90 degree heat. They did not stop for even a minute to catch their breath or cool off. The truck was completely unloaded well within their quoted time (which was a MIRACLE) and then Alex and Artur actually helped with some reassembly of my larger furniture. *I* had broken my dresser while trying to load it a few days prior, and these guys actually FIXED my dresser for me, completely unprompted and gave me some tips on how to avoid furniture collapses like this in the future. This was such a relief as I had figured my dresser was junk from my prior error. These guys literally left my stuff in better condition than when they got there. Not one piece of furniture was damaged or broken in anyway. I will certainly hire Phoenix for all my future moving needs. I wish I had done so sooner. Artur and Alex were a godsend! 10000000% recommend!

Max and his team did a very good job for us. They moved a grand piano and lot of other stuffs. Everything was packed and loaded very quick with great care. I will definitely recommend them for the good work they did for us. I have recommended to several of our friends, and will definitely hire them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Our hourly rate will be charged in 15-minute increments.
- We offer discounted, regular, and peak pricing rates. The prices may vary depending on the day of the week or the beginning/end of the month.
- We have 3 hours minimum policy including travel time. Anything over this will be charged in 15-minute increments.
- Additional charges will apply for all supplies and materials (tape, shrink-wrap, mattress bags, boxes) based on your needs.
- A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your local move.
- For long-distance moves, there are flat charges only based on the actual size of the move.
- We accept payment via cash or zelle transfer at the same price. If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, a 4% processing fee will apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Ask questions and listen to the customer: Ask open-ended questions to get a better understanding of their needs and expectations. Listen carefully to understand what they are looking for in terms of moving services, budget, timeline, etc.
2. Provide relevant information: Give the customer relevant information about your business such as insurance coverage, experience with similar moves in the past, any discounts or promotions you may have available, etc.
3. Estimate cost: After understanding their needs, provide an estimate of cost based on your initial assessment of the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Running a moving business doesn't require special education or skills. However, all our employees have at least 5 years of experience.
