FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. The diagnostic service fee is $95 for residential units, $125 for commercial units, and $150 for walk-in coolers and freezers. This fee covers the technician’s visit, a full inspection of the unit, and a detailed repair estimate. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total cost of the repair, in accordance with our company policy. Any additional labor, parts, or special services will be quoted separately and approved by the customer before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. After a service visit is scheduled, one of our technicians arrives on site to inspect and diagnose the malfunctioning unit. Our service vans are fully stocked with commonly used parts, allowing most repairs to be completed during the initial visit. If a required part is not available in our truck stock, we will order it from factory-approved vendors and schedule a return visit to complete the repair as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians hold required industry certifications, including EPA, OSHA safety training, and Hot Work certification. In addition, our technicians participate in regular manufacturer-led training programs for various brands to stay up to date with the latest equipment, technologies, and service standards.
