Great company to work with. Had a tech here in the time allotted, we had already bought the part needed (we werent able to install ourselves) so instead of charging $245 the cost was $150. I feel companies dont do that anymore, think about things sensible. Ill definitely call for future repairs. Sending thanks to the repair person and FrostlineBoston. Merry Christmas, Tom & Linda.

I was extremely impressed with Frostline and their prompt and professional service. The service tech, Nick, who was extremely knowledgeable, fixed my 25 yr old Speed Queen dryer, which now works better than new. Nick was competent and meticulous in cleaning up after the repair as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Two technicians fixed our oven today. They were knowledgeable and thorough, and cleaned the parts before putting them back. They gave us a tip on how to clean the oven which was very helpful.
