Outstanding! We hired Matt to cater our small backyard wedding and he and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We were won over by Matt upon our first meeting, due to his genuine enthusiasm for great food. We discussed our desire to have a “tapas” style reception dinner of small plates of fabulous food with a wide variety of choices. He listened carefully to our preferences, and created an amazing menu that included different food stations for grilled petite filet mignon, soy maple glazed salmon, and peach marsala chicken – all delicious! There was a separate table dedicated to an assortment of salads and vegetable sides. Upon arrival to our event, our guests were greeted with a beautifully displayed charcuterie table from which to snack. After our ceremony, hors d’oeuvres were passed by his friendly staff while pictures were taken and we visited with our guests (shrimp martinis and beef sliders with bacon onion jam anyone?!). In addition to delicious food and incredible service, Matt also coordinated all of the rental equipment and provided design consulting for dining tent set up and table settings. He is truly an artist that is not only passionate about the food that he so meticulously prepares, but also the look and feel of the entire event. We could not be more pleased with his work, and we highly recommend Matt Haney for your next celebration!

Matt was excellent. Everyone at our dinner party was very impressed and loved the food. Not one complaint from anyone, every dishes prepared was excellent. The way he displayed the food was great and appetizing. His helper was very personable and very helpful. It was a very successful evening and I thank them both very much for helping me to have a great birthday dinner party for my daughter. I would definitly recommend him and I will definitely be using him again. **********

I was nervous to be in a position to have to try a new chef for our event this past weekend. I interviewed Matt and was immediately comfortable that I would be in good hands and I am here to report I was not disappointed. Matt did an OUTSTANDING job. My guests were extremely pleased with the food as it not only tasted great but it was presented well too. I look forward to having Matt at my future events and I know my guests will be calling on him for his services too.

A++++. Matt did an outstanding job!! From helping us plan the menu to presentation and display of an amazing charcuterie/cheese table to the most delicious hot passed appetizers, Matt was the consummate professional. I would highly recommend this very talented chef and his company without hesitation for anyone looking for a successful social function.
