I live out of State and reached out help with what I though would be a relatively simple equipment replacement at my daughters apartment. Victor came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem which turned out to require a second visit to install the new equipment after it was delivered. Again he showed up on time and did not leave until he knew everything was working and all computers were properly connected and working without problems. Usually we charge 50$ per hour for IT support unless is not a midnight emergency. That way we charge 100$ per hour. We are sticking with 50$ per hour for web design too(based on your project we do estimation and you always know range you will be paying).
