- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is on an hourly rate and resume writing is quoted as a flat fee that includes our discussions, first and final draft. I offer a comprehensive job search methodology that includes Professional Branding (resume, LinkedIn, cover letters and pitch) to interview preparation, job search strategies to negotiating an offer. These services can be hired separately or together based on your need. The initial consult is complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. Even with that said, we typically start at the top line strategy of career direction and then once that is established, create a strategic job search plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years as a professional and leader in my industry where I created the model and evangelized the new marketing platform of doing ethical email marketing at it's inception over 20 years ago in addition to succeeding and working in a highly functioning corporate environment. I also took a year long Coaching training course at Boston University earning a certificate of completion of their program.
