I had a good experience with the staff & movers at Trust. The initial quote was the most competitive compared to others I’d contacted, and it ended up being completely accurate. Movers called me on the day of the move with an accurate ETA and were punctual and efficient. I didn’t secure a street permit in advance (please make sure you do this!!!) but they were able to make it work. Thank you!

The movers were constantly hustling! Although the move took a long time, I felt like they everything they did was in my best interest. Would definitely recommend!

We used Trust Moving to move from one apartment to another in Salem on 5/24 they did a GREAT job! Setting up the move request online with our item inventory was super easy (the customer portal/page for each job is detailed and breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand), and the owner was responsive to all my follow-up emails and promptly answered all of my questions. On the day of the move, our team of three guys showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly and carefully, and moved everything swiftly and deftly. The total price came in right in the estimated range, and the guys who worked with us were all kind and professional. Absolutely no issues it was an easy and perfect move from start to finish. I cant say enough good things about them we would hire them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them highly!

The movers were excellent! Very quick, efficient, and thorough. My move took longer than expected and we ran into issues with parking but they were very accommodating through it all. The furniture assembly was top notch, so much better than I could have done myself. Id highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
