Hired on Thumbtack
I had a good experience with the staff & movers at Trust. The initial quote was the most competitive compared to others I’d contacted, and it ended up being completely accurate. Movers called me on the day of the move with an accurate ETA and were punctual and efficient. I didn’t secure a street permit in advance (please make sure you do this!!!) but they were able to make it work. Thank you!

The movers were constantly hustling! Although the move took a long time, I felt like they everything they did was in my best interest. Would definitely recommend!

The movers were on time (they even called ahead), disassembled the bulky furniture themselves, wrapped everything up in blankets and placed all items exactly where i wanted in the new place. they really made the whole moving experience simple for me.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would definitely do so! Me and my husband moved from a house (we used to rent a room there) to the studio apartment. Two movers arrived on time, packed EVERY thing properly, from the large dresser to our food from the fridge, which really impressed me. In the new apartment, they unpacked everything with care and took the trash with them while leaving. None of the items were damaged. The movers were quick and polite. Everyone spoke good English. The upcoming move seemed to be a nightmare to me, but thanks to Trust Moving and Storage, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I could never imagined that!Thank you!! Highly recommend your company to everyone, and wish you great success in future.

We used Trust Moving to move from one apartment to another in Salem on 5/24 they did a GREAT job! Setting up the move request online with our item inventory was super easy (the customer portal/page for each job is detailed and breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand), and the owner was responsive to all my follow-up emails and promptly answered all of my questions. On the day of the move, our team of three guys showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly and carefully, and moved everything swiftly and deftly. The total price came in right in the estimated range, and the guys who worked with us were all kind and professional. Absolutely no issues it was an easy and perfect move from start to finish. I cant say enough good things about them we would hire them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them highly!
