Everpresent did excellent work on a photo project that I could not have ever done on my own. They were always in contact with me and asked about each change that would effect the cost. Also they set the price to the level where I could pay and not sticking to the level that they wanted at first. They were more than willing to bring the price down

I used EverPresent for the first time for a batch of older photos that I needed to convert for a wedding slideshow. Great service. So easy and reliable. Our family loved seeing all those old videos on modern technology. Who has a VCR any more? We had to go digital and EverPresent did it seamlessly. They took over 50 years of videos and digitized them. Then they sent back all the originals too!!! I recommend it to everyone.

I chose EverPresent after reading all the great reviews and the company is local in Massachusetts. I sent in approx thirty reels of old 8mm film that was taken between 1960 and 1972, first in a trial batch and then once I saw their work I sent the remainder. These films were one step away from disintegrating if I had tried to feed them through my projector one more time they would have fallen apart. The films came back better than I expected. Lets just say some of the films are when I was 5 years old and I am now 62. These were old films filled with family gatherings, weddings, camping trips, vacations and Christmas celebrations. My memories once again came to life. The process was easy, drop off and pick up convenient and communication along the way excellent. I am so happy to have these old films digitized and will now have years of viewing pleasure. I always felt these films were being handled with the care. Everpresent also respected my concerns of privacy with password protection.Although not inexpensive but in line with other companies and worth every penny.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For digitizing we have unit pricing per photo or video. For custom services, like design or organizing, our standard rate is $70/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's up to the client. For smaller projects where clients are in a hurry, they simply need to drop off the order and we return it quickly with limited hassle. For in depth projects, we will literally come to your home and spend a half-day with you going over all aspects of the project to compile a plan and budget - all with no obligation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our consultants are certified by APPO, where we are an approved national provider. We were recently awarded Associate Member of the Year by the New England Association of Professional Organizers. Our technicians almost universally carry degrees from respected photography or film programs.
