1. Gather appliance details and symptoms. 2. Schedule a service visit. 3. Perform systematic diagnostic testing (electrical + mechanical). 4. Explain the root cause clearly. 5. Provide upfront repair pricing. 6. Complete repair and fully test system operation. I focus on solving the root cause, not temporary fixes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Mechanical Engineering and started in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. My training includes refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, system design, and mechanical troubleshooting. I continue to study manufacturer service manuals and wiring diagrams to stay current with modern appliance technology.
