The work was done with attention to detail and in a timely fashion. He examined our fridge---compressor, electrical, etc. He also cleaned out the dust that had been accumulating. Most importantly, he provided an honest assessment of what could be wrong and what it would cost to fix it. He also told us the likelihood that the repair will fix the problem and how certain we can be of it. I appreciated that professional opinion, as it helped me decide whether to proceed with the fix or buy a replacement fridge.
