Under Chris’s supervision I have gone from 343lbs to around 280 at the time of this review. I had chronic back issues, no energy and Chris has totally changed my life, he uses simple equipment to make you sweat. After a few months I have felt much better. Set a goal to hike the length of Vermont this summer and I know Chris will have me ready. He really cares about the people he trains and it shows. I would highly recommend Chris to my friends (and have).Dec 13, 2017
Chris is very knowledgeable and thoughtful about planning workouts - and a lot of fun to work with! Highly recommended!Dec 13, 2017
Chris has a strong work ethic and is professional at all times. He is responsive to my needs as a client and is always looking to improve his practice. I would recommend him to someone who is looking for an individual who will provide a challenge mixed with encouragement and support.Dec 18, 2017
I like that Chris always pushes me, goes the extra mile (literally and figuratively), is constantly improving himself/his knowledge so he can improve others, and keeps workouts light and fun with lots of laughter in between challenges. I'd recommend Chris to anyone at any level. He's adaptable and loves a challenge!Sep 20, 2017
"I started with Chris to help build strength, feel fit, and shave some time off my marathon PR. In less than a year, I shaved 17 minutes off my time and I credit this to Chris's workouts"Oct 22, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? As you can tell from reading my bio, I have invested significant time, energy, and finances into my career and take pride in my service to you. The other side of the coin is true professionals don’t charge skimpy rates for mediocre results, that is why I operate on a higher tier than some of my peers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It depends on my client’s goals and personality. Every client is unique and every session depends on my client's needs. With that said, I make every session as enjoyable as possible, believing fitness has to be fun or you will quit. So be prepared for a fun time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My doctorate is almost finished, I have 11 certifications including my CSCS (which is the gold standard), I began coaching at Harvard University before becoming the head strength and conditioning coordinator at Lasell College then opening my own strength and conditioning gym. My second book will be in stores in 2018, I have published peer-reviewed scientific literature, and I am a college lecturer. If you are looking for top of the line coaching in a fun environment, give me a call.
