You can choose PuroClean of Brookline to be your contractor and ADVOCATE for your thorough damage restoration claim. That's important because charges not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the insured. You hired us and so we advocate for your interests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the home or business and assess what the customer needs right now and what can wait. Locate active leaks so urgent repairs can precede mitigation and drying work. Provide expectations and then update the customer with changes to the plan.
