I was concerned I had a white mold problem in our basement, and sent photos to several mold remediation companies. One company quoted me $1500 to come by and resolve the problem based on my photos. Jeremy from PuroClean upfront told me the photos looked like efflorescence to him (harmless salt minerals that can come through concrete) , and not white mold. We spoke on the phone, he asked questions, thoughtfully and carefully explained his reasoning and what various signs of mold vs efflorescence are, and gave me advice on how to clean it myself with a vinegar solution (he said they could certainly clean it if I wanted to, but I could save money this way). He did all this for no cost. A true professional who wants what is best for the customer. He has earned my service if I do ever have an actual mold problem!

As the industrial hygienist on a multi-phased mold remediation project in an occupied condo building in Chestnut Hill, I was able to closely monitor Puroclean of Brookline's work. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and thorough in properly remediating mold affected materials and disinfecting and cleaning surfaces inside negative pressure containments. PuroClean's work was very thorough and complete with a high level of standard of care.

You can choose PuroClean of Brookline to be your contractor and ADVOCATE for your thorough damage restoration claim. That's important because charges not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the insured. You hired us and so we advocate for your interests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the home or business and assess what the customer needs right now and what can wait. Locate active leaks so urgent repairs can precede mitigation and drying work. Provide expectations and then update the customer with changes to the plan.
