Phenomenal Service. We had a basement freezer conk out full of meat, fish etc. Opened it not knowing and released an odor that is difficult to describe. Jeremy and crew were at the house within 2 hours, removed the freezer, disposed of the bio hazard level rotten food, and were able to remove the odor within 24 hours. This will be our go to emergency service from here on out.

Jeremy was quick to respond to a mold concern and spent the time to creatively find a way to mitigate the source of future recurring problems - something several plumbers and sump folks shrugged their shoulders at. I really appreciated his diligence and hard work.

You can choose PuroClean of Brookline to be your contractor and ADVOCATE for your thorough damage restoration claim. That's important because charges not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the insured. You hired us and so we advocate for your interests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the home or business and assess what the customer needs right now and what can wait. Locate active leaks so urgent repairs can precede mitigation and drying work. Provide expectations and then update the customer with changes to the plan.
