- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge flat fees for most of our client representation (i.e. estate plans, bankruptcy filings, real estate transactions). We are able to be flexible in certain circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally have an intake form depending on the type of case for informational purposes. We discuss an engagement agreement so that both the client and our firm have an understanding of the relationship.
