He was also very patient with me as I asked for clarification on certain points. We typically charge flat fees for most of our client representation (i.e. estate plans, bankruptcy filings, real estate transactions). We are able to be flexible in certain circumstances.

We normally have an intake form depending on the type of case for informational purposes. We discuss an engagement agreement so that both the client and our firm have an understanding of the relationship.
