We offer fair, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Odor and pet hair removal are always included free. Final pricing depends on the size, material, and condition of the furniture, which we confirm before starting the job.

We start by asking about the furniture, material, and any stains or odors. Then we provide a fair price upfront with no hidden fees. On the day of service, we do a full deep clean: dust extraction, safe shampoo, and hot-water extraction, with free odor removal included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience and training in professional upholstery and carpet cleaning techniques, including safe chemical use, stain treatment, and proper extraction methods for different fabric types.
