I took a couple of lessons with Angel to brush up on my violin technique, and they were absolutely worth it! He was able to quickly pinpoint a few areas that could use improvement, and helped me fix them. He has a kind and patient teaching style, while still giving helpful feedback. Our daughter, Sylvi, has been taking violin lessons with Angel now for almost two years, and the progress she has made has been remarkable. I get to know the student personally and ease him/her into the joy of music making!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active performer with two or three concerts a week and travel regularly. I also have many students and am a juror at music competitions. Being in constant contact with my colleagues and current/past students helps me stay on the bleeding edge of the classical music business.
