Introduction: Puppy Kindergarten This six-week puppy program focuses on building a bonding relationship between you and your puppy. Using positive reinforcement and training games in a creative and fun atmosphere, classes will encourage and help develop a well socialized and well behaved dog. Basic commands and leash work will be emphasized. Cost is $85.00 for a six-week program. Basic Obedience This six-week program will cover the basic commands, sit, down, stay, heal, come, leave-it, drop-it, and wait. This class will incorporate positive reinforcement and shaping with interactive games, to help you and your dog learn in a fun environment. All obedience cues will be taught on leash. Dogs should be six months of age or older. Cost is $85.00 for a six-week program. Advanced Obedience This six-week program includes the obedience cues presented in the beginner program while working under higher level distractions including distance learning. Dogs should have completed the Basic level prior to signing up. Cost is $85.00 for a six-week program. Socialization Classes Socialization classes are a time for you to give your dog carefully managed and safe playtime, and to learn more about canine communication. You can also use these classes to bond with your dog and allow them to focus on you in the face of distractions. Aggressive dogs will be asked to schedule private lessons and work on appropriate behaviors before joining group classes. There will be separate classes for small and large dogs. Cost is $10.00 per class (please ask about the frequent dog discount). Private Lessons and Behavior Consults Private lessons and behavior consults are offered on premises or in your home. Prices vary depending on circumstances. All classes are limited. Please sign up today to ensure your spot. ***All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations (DHLP, Rabies & Bordetella). Please bring your dogs' current vaccine records to the first class. You will not be able to participate without them.***
