What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-At All Star Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning our labor rate is always the same. It doesn't matter the time of day, or whether it's a weekend or a holiday. We are available 24/7 to help you and our rate is always $150/hr. -We offer a 10% discount upon request on labor for first time customers, veterans/active duty, first responders, and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At All Star Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning we begin the process of working with new customers by taking the time to address any questions they may have. Our goal is educate the consumer so they can make an informed decision on their project. We pride ourselves as being repairmen first, so we will always advocate service/repair over high pressure sales upgrades/replacements.
