My experience was great! unfortunately I didn't get his name; however he was, punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was able to troubleshoot my repair in no time. Gave me the part #, came back and did the repair. He also looked at a stove for me and it was the same outcome. I would highly recommend him if you have any appliances that need repairs.

Pretty happy with my experience. They gave me a window of 12-4. At 3:59, they called to say they were running behind and to expect them around 6. They texted a little later to say 6:20pm. Though they were late, it actually fit better in our schedule at the later time. He was very efficient and fixed the washer in no time, and then had me watch a demonstration cycle to witness that it was fixed while he was still present. I have run a load of wash since and am very happy. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Carc Appliance Repair. We had to replace a microwave part and they found the part and then replaced it in timely way. Roosevelt installed the part and did an amazing job. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough when he came to install the part. Would highly recommend this service!

Rosevelt is amazing. I used him through a warranty company twice. He comes out right away and stays on top of the claim. As soon as the part is delivered he comes back to install. I will use him again and highly recommend him for appliance repairs.
