NEC is simply the best. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company and it shows. During the FREE estimate Rossatto listened to what was important to me, and discussed several options. They were on time, they take pride in their work, and they are eager to be a part of your home improvement project ( no need to look any further). They renovated my front porch, and installed two storm doors, exactly the way I wanted it and was willing to handle some other miscellaneous jobs. They cleaned up the work area nicer than before project, and they closed the gate to the yard. Thank you. Don’t know why service people can’t remember to shut the gate ( love my dog, live off highway). No need to look further. Hire New England Carpenters!

Rossatto and his team did excellent work with several projects at our house. They were able to come up with good solutions to adjust our cabinets in order to install a new larger refrigerator. They were able to match the crown molding and it looks great. They were very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend using Rossatto and his team.

We were very happy with the awesome job Tiago & New England Carpenters did on the renovations on our first and second floor back porches that were sinking. They had to fix first floor, jack second floor porch, replace all rotten framing, replaced 3 posts supporting second floor porch, reinstall all new floors, ceilings, walls and vinyl siding. They installed new vinyl floors, storm doors & windows & insulated both porches. It was a pleasure working with Tiago & his wonderful crew who worked very hard on these renovations, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The porch renovations are simply amazing, excellent workmanship & very high quality work. We would definitely highly recommend them and have already hired them for future renovations. Many thanks again!!

We found Tiago and his crew thru doing a lot of research on Thumbtack and reading every single one of his reviews, before choosing to go with him. If we could give a 10 star review, we would do that, because they are that good and the crew was EXCEPTIONAL! They are so highly skilled and truly gifted! From day one since we hired New England Carpenters, Tiago went above and beyond, he was so caring and persistent on us getting done what we wanted and answering all our questions and making sure we were pleased with everything they had done. Tiago and his crew are amazing and did a fantastic job working on our two Decks. We also asked if we could get an additional project done while they were here and Tiago said sure. We had a new vinyl floor put in our front hall. We were so impressed and highly recommend them to do your job! After the project was done Tiago even stopped by to give us a thank you gift of a nice bottle of wine. That was so very thoughtful! Thank you Tiago to you and the guys!
